As a non-profit agency, we welcome community donations that support our services. We are committed to assisting all those who need us, and your support is especially important to this mission. We are a 501(c)(3) agency, and your contributions are tax deductible. There are many ways to contribute: Tribute Gifts Recognize a special occasion or a special person with a tribute gift. We will notify the person you are honoring in this way. Memorial Gifts We welcome donations made in loving memory of family or friends. We will notify the family that we have received a gift from you in memory of their loved one. Donations Contributions of funds, stocks, insurance policies, bequests or other gifts in support of home health care services are accepted with appreciation throughout the year. Items or Equipment Occasionally, we are in need of office furniture, supplies, or other items or services. These donations help us direct more of our limited resources to direct patient care. Sponsorships Sponsor one of our special events as a community service. "Enclosed is a donation in memory of my father. He was cared for by VNA Hospice and your nursing staff was very dedicated. My father felt more at peace being in his own home, and this would not have been possible without your help. It has been five years and my family and I think of him each day, but we have comforting memories knowing we were together as a family until the end with your help. I am getting married next month and in lieu of favors at the wedding, my fiance and I are making this donation to support your services."
